Fiberweave is a new Cedar based engineered wood fibre playground safety surfacing product. The product has been IPEMA certified by TUV America who are contracted to complete and update all testing for IPEMA.
IPEMA certification means that a particular product conforms to ASTM F1292-09 (Fall Attenuation) and ASTM F2075 - 10a (Tramp Metals and Sizing Analysis). Testing, under IPEMA is on-going and updated yearly. Beyond the scope of IPEMA testing, Fiberweave is also tested for compliance with ASTM F1951-09b (Accessibility) which is typically required by most Ontario municipalities.
